First great impression was with the front desk: Kali and Karina. As a first time patient they had my HMO referral and X-rays in hand. They clearly explained what happened today and what processes, along with the timeline and costs for those treatments. No surprises, everything transparent. I walked in with a painful, hugely swollen abscessed tooth and as soon as I crossed the threshold to their dental office, a sense of urgency and compassion was extended. Shout out to dentist Sonam Agarwal for setting the tone, and to Dr. Oz Simel for his very efficient and near-pain free oral surgery. I found it comforting that he explained every step of the procedure as he was going through each step. I am so grateful for this team.
