** Update after almost two years from my initial review below**** Still impressed and happy with all my visits here over past couple of years. Today’s visit was great as well. The front team Kelly and Shivani (Lead Assistant) are great. Ofcourse Dr. Sonam is the best. Still highly recommend this facility. —————- Amazing team at this office & I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new or wish to change your existing dental office. Very easy to get appointments via their portal or the app (lots of same day or next day appointments available). Right from my first time entering this office the staff was very welcoming. Dr. Sonam was amazing & knowledgeable. Janis & Krischiann (both RDA’s) were friendly, skilled & helpful. Annette was amazing at explaining all the applicable charges & providing payments options. Overall just an amazing first experience.

My girlfriend recently had two procedures at Pleasanton Ridge Dental Group, and we both had a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was extremely friendly and provided truly great customer service. We felt like we built an instant relationship with them – they were so welcoming and made us feel completely at ease as a couple. They were incredibly clear about all the options for her procedures and were very informative, taking the time to explain everything in detail. Their technology was amazing, which added to the overall comforting and professional atmosphere. My girlfriend was absolutely thrilled with both the experience and the results!
