Edit : This morning I went into PRD for an urgent appointment and I was in tears when leaving. The tears were joyful grateful ones. This office went above and beyond to not only get me out of pain but worked with me on the financial part so I could afford to get my teeth properly fixed. Dr. P was so helpful, had a gentle touch with needle numbing and did his best to get out of discomfort. Amanda the operations manager( chefs kiss amazing) worked with on my payment arrangements and even got me an appointment at another office for my root canals. This was above and beyond. Most places give you referral and wish you luck. The xray tech and person who fitted my temporary crowns were so professional and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Grateful doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE !! Jeni’s sweet disposition and overall presence will ease your anxiety when having to go to the dentist! Thank you

Edited 7/12/24. I’ve been going to this office for almost 10 years now with extensive work done at times. I cannot say enough about my experience with the entire staff, especially Dr Bal a few years ago. Today I had more work done and had the same great experience and was really helpled out by Ashly. She modified a device I needed before the other one arrives and despite a slight change in original plans, she knew everything about my situation without the need to even tell her. The hygienist and oral surgeon during this process were excelllent as well as those who have performed work or assisted at various times. And lastly, Dr. Sonam who corrdinates it all does a great job and was willing to work with me at a cost I could afford. Highly recommend.
