First great impression was with the front desk: Kali and Karina. As a first time patient they had my HMO referral and X-rays in hand. They clearly explained what happened today and what processes, along with the timeline and costs for those treatments. No surprises, everything transparent. I walked in with a painful, hugely swollen abscessed tooth and as soon as I crossed the threshold to their dental office, a sense of urgency and compassion was extended. Shout out to dentist Sonam Agarwal for setting the tone, and to Dr. Oz Simel for his very efficient and near-pain free oral surgery. I found it comforting that he explained every step of the procedure as he was going through each step. I am so grateful for this team.

The dental hygienist and the young man that did the x-rays in assisted the dental hygienist were terrific. Their work was very thorough.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! I believe the person that answered the phone , her name is Kelly ..talk about friendly, and amazing customer service skills !! She was able to get my fiance in the same day and take all of his info over the phone ..we're not from around this area ..he happens to be working out there for a while . He was impressed on how quickly the made a crown for him and fixed his problem!! Thank you all so much ! I definitely recommend this place .
